3 Day Fast Track

NOTE: I call this the 3- Day Fast Track if this meal plan is followed to a T. This is just to provide you with an example of what a meal plan should look like. I like to stick to one meat per day, so chicken all day for the first day, red meats for the second day, and fish/other protein for the third day. Hence the "3 Day fast Track."

Then the entire cycle starts all over again. I have recommended alternatives for different food groups if a specific type of fruit/veggie/protein is not to your liking. You have options and that's a good thing! =]

You lose weight by eating MORE of the right foods. Have fun and enjoy coming up with your own creative meal plans.
