Something that everyone doesn't know when they first start out eating clean is that not all vegetables are created equal. Why waste time and money eating something that isn't going to keep you full and doesn't help your body out in any way?

A girlfriend of mine wanted to know what a good list of veggies were that were clean eating approved. So i went ahead and made a list for her and decided to share it with you too.

This is just a simple list. If you have any questions about a specific vegetable that you do not see on the list, feel free to send me a message or an email and i would be more than happy to give you my thoughts on it.
